In October we headed off to the Santa Barbara County Vintners Harvest
Festival. A great event featuring most of the wine makers in the county and
many great restaurants. We stayed at the RV park run by one of the
wineries,
Tres Hermanas. They have a beautiful site with great views and are
centrally located in the Foxen Canyon. Friday night we had dinner at their
winery, Saturday was the Festival, and Sunday we had a great tour of Tres
Hermanas with the wine maker Luke Lindquist.
In the cold room (yes very cold) the
white wine must be stirred each day,

In a few years this will be really great Syrah
Luke Lindquist is the wine maker at Tres Hermanas
And yes it is still very much a working farm and ranch
