We have owned a condo in Mammoth Lakes, California for
over thirty years. Our partner, Dave Holmes, has owned it
since 1970. We all find that we are using it less and less. We
put it on the market and at the end of April we got a very good
offer which we accepted. We are selling the condo to a couple
who appears to be very happy and to have the same love of the
place that we have always had.

| The drive to and from Mammoth was through the Owens Valley and the Western Mojave Desert. It has been a good rain year and the flowers are beautiful. |
