Since graduation, I've lived only in
Houston. I married a gentleman who was
born in Houston.
We have one son who will soon be 40. No
grandchildren. I worked for Southwestern
Bell for 8 years, until Jamie was born. After
that I worked a few years as PBX operator
at Shell. I
worked as a receptionist for the last
company I worked at, also an oil company.
Jim and I square danced for about 20
years. We still see friends
that we met in 1969 when we started
square dancing. In 1989 I found out that I
have a disease called peripheral (outer)
neuropathy (weakness), hence the braces
and cane.
